Just Trust Me
Dammit, what do I have to do,
To make you see that I love you?
You don’t have to keep living this way,
Just trust me, It’ll be okay.
Just stop all your crying,
I’m not here to start lying.
I can give you what you need,
Baby, just don’t make me watch you bleed.
I can’t keep living, watching you dying.
I wont just sit here, just give up without trying.
Just trust me enough to let me in,
I promise I won’t let you get hurt again.

Can you please put a warning up that says “Caution, may cause flashbacks and tears.”
The meaning was good, but the rhyming, sometimes, was a bit.. forced. Despite that, though, it was still expressed well and still had a huge effect on me and, im sure, on anyone else who has read or will read it in the future.
Just wish someone would make that promise to me…
Thank you, and I’ll agree on my rhyming but it was one of those things I just had to say regardless of how well it rhymed. In all honesty, you were my inspiration for this poem. I don’t mean to say that I love you, because I barely know anything about you, but I do really enjoy the person that I’ve spoken to and when I was reading some of the things you’ve posted I just wanted to say something to take your pain away. I hope that isn’t weird.
I’m kind of… shocked.
Uhm.
…Thank you…
…great…sorry…so….I’ll just pretend that didn’t happen because all of a sudden I for one feel quite awkward…….so…….yeah…………..again, sorry…
Thanks.
love it & pixie i very much agree with you ! should’ve put a warning
You promised. You promised me.
You lied. Everything you said was a lie
And now you’re probably dead somewhere and life doesn’t make sense
And I’m alone. And I’m scared. And I miss you so much.
