The one I love must be loyal,
The one I love must be true.
The one I love must be gentle,
And never make me blue.

The one I love must be caring,
The one I love must be sweet.
The one I love must be loving,
And sweep me off my feet.

The one I love must be romantic,
The one I love must be humble.
The one I love must be passionate,
And never cause me to grumble.

The one I love must be respectful,
The one I love must be slightly shy.
The one I love must be considerate,
And give me no reason to cry.

The one I love must want me,
And need me through and through.
The one I love must miss me,
When I go away from you.

I guess with this poem I’m saying,
The one I love is you.
