B. all poems mean something different to the reader. Basically this poem is about falling in and out of love At first the smells are sweet and tantalizing. Love at first starts with a crush that is almost hypnotic at times. Later the smells are heavy haunting smells and then just a memory. This is about the break up there is a memory of sweet (the rose) but then it is bitter. Every flower and sentence has symbolism it is kinda fun to go through. Robert Frost is amazing. I agree with D.
