A Drawn Blank
Is it better to put on a smile and lie?
Or to just slowly die
When people look at her
They see beauty and strength
But if they would take the time
To look into her eyes
For any length
They would see somone who is crying
Someone who smiles but on the inside is dying
And only if they could see her on this terrifying night
The night she considers taking her life
She’ll go back home and turn the bottle up egar in pain
To loose more than she could ever gain
She slowoly reaches and places the gun in her hand
With fear and anger she takes her stand
Her body trembles
As her finger rest in the trigger
Before she can turn back she make her move
With eyes held tight
She hears a click and wonders in her mind
The bottle falls and shatters
Along with it she stumbles to the floor in a clatter
She lays there and just closes her eyes
Wondering how she could of let him go
Instead of her pride

omg! love this poem been through heartbreak right now need ppl to talk to and i feel like my life has ended this makes its better listening to others. 😯 😯 🙁
i know its hard going through things, there will always be at least one person telling you that you can and will get over it, but the truth is it depends on the person and how close you are. i have yet to get over mine and im not sure i ever will. but one thing that is true, you need to try to not let it consume you completley, take your time getting over it and dont ever let anyone rush you, but if you let it get this far you will find yourself in a place where you know you dont belong and you will end up regreting some things that youve done. i hope things go better for you and your partner, but just keep your head up and if the only thing that will get you through the night is just hoping that one day he will come around then so be it.
