Another gone
Another tear not shed
Because thine eyes are dry
No restless nights in bed
why doesn’t it bother me that he died?
Another one I loved is gone
because disease won in the end
no I know that this is wrong
Why couldn’t he have lived instead?
Another funeral to attend
Because the kemo did not work
no my condolences I do send

Very heartfelt poem. I enjoyed a lot of the rhyming, as well as the overall feel of the words.
What I did notice, is that you misspelled chemo.
