Dear Friend
Do you despise me?
Are you kind enough to lie?
Are we friends or are we strangers?
Is it “us” or you, and I?

Dear Friend
Do you still miss me?
My thoughts are all of you.
If you never feel you miss me
Then there’s not much I can do.

Dear Friend
We could discover
All the magic, knowledge, bliss
And the distance we could cover
If we could get over this.

Dear Friend
I will not give up.
I will fight for you and I.
And my heart may break, may shatter,
But at least I’ll know I tried.
