Between The Lines Are Light

Published by at 5:35 am under Uncategorized

And this is now the start,
Who am I but a man,
Have you got no heart,
I do everything I can,
Become all that you wanted,
But that is not enough,
A man no longer haunted,
Man take off your cuffs.
Who am I but a man who,
Writes down all of his pain,
Some say its all that I can do,
Rhymes without destain.

But can you even see?
Can you even read?
You‘ll never see the real in me,
See only with your greed.
The truth is you are ruthless,
Love is null and void,
In any part it’s useless,
It‘s like you are a droid,
When you read these rhymes,
You never read them right,
Read between the lines,
Between your tainted sight, between
The words that I lay down, between the
Lines are light.

I follow your poetry almost religiously.
I often have no idea what to say once I’ve read it, though, since you keep leaving me absolutely mind blown and speechless.
Please never stop writing, I beg you.

Thank you Pixie. It really is great to hear you like my stuff almost as much as I like yours. =) lol.
