Blood Stained Red

Published by at 3:37 pm under Betrayal Poems

If i slit my throat, what would you do?
Just stand there and watch me subdue.
Watch me bleed, watch me die,
Everyone else will just hide.

Watch me as my bloos curls round your toes,
As the wind howls and blows.
Watch me as i stian the grass blood red,
I can tell i am messing with your head.

My eyelids close, my eyes want to hide,
Who knew my organs has already died?
Stop the bleeding, stop the pain,
All my screams have been substained.

As i drift away to the promised land,
A blood stained whit rose, Falls from my hand.

Love the last line. Extremely ominous, a powerful ending to a powerful poem.
Honestly, the poem was so much like what I’ve been thinking recently that I kind of had trouble trying to figure out which emotions you tried to convey, and which were mine.
There were a few typo’s, easily overlooked.
Great work. Some of the best I’ve seen.
