But now we are

Published by at 5:38 am under Short & Sweet Love Poems

We are not permanent,
Nor will we ever be.
You are not one of the tattoos on my skin,
Nor am I the freckles on yours.
But I will cherish every moment with you,
Even if it just mumbling into your sleeping chest.
We have not planned our forever,
But I do know that tonight we will drift into our dreams,
After making passionate love,
Because our youthful infactuation keeps us here,
But we are two seperate people,
Worlds apart.
But for now we love eachother,
And share this sacred bed.

I see what you meant, about something like this being ignored.
    Its morally wrong actually.

P.S. I really enjoyed these lines “But for now we love eachother,
    And share this sacred bed.”

You gotta enjoy today, because there might not be a tomorrow.
