As my days go by without you,
the more strength i gain,
of going on without you,
Ive learn that when im by your side,
that you are there to comfort me and make me smile.
These other people in my life,
id pick you over them any day,
i know it would be right,
its worth taking a chance with.
Despite the direction you have made mistakes,
i love you through it all.
I may not be what you want,
or what you want me to be,
but i can try and be the best thing,
that you would never wanna lose.
I know we are best friends,
but you are more than my best friend,
i hope one day you will wanna go on as more than that.
