Flakes To Dust

Published by at 7:51 am under Heartbreak Poems

My heart was once mighty and hard
Now it feels broken and Scarred
Now with pieces shattered and cold
You stole my heart and now its sold
I find a piece here and there
I feel i’ve searched almost everywhere
I had them found and ready again to trust
But yet again my heart you bust
The pieces are smaller and harder to find
I feel as though I am losing my mind
Some pieces are lost and it makes my heart bleed
Your corrupt love I do not need
I yelled for you until my voice was hoarse
Now whats left is jagged and coarse
If I only knew what your love would do
I would have never said I belonged with you
You Squeezed my weakend heart until it bust
Now everythings gone from flakes to dust…

This is an amazing poem. It feels like you have looked into my mind and heart and wrote what I feel on paper. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Ewww, this is painful to read

I could barely finish the 4th line.

To rhyming is awful, stop googgling rhymes. It’s pathetic…

Have a wonderful time in life, writing despicable poetry..
    XOXOXOXo

thank you so much for the pleasant comments I am glad you enjoy my poem, max, you dont have to finish any line but sorry too burst your bubble but that poem was written before I even had internet so you shouldnt say things you know nothing about, as far as your criticism ill take it into consideration, but sometimes opinions should be kept to ones self, its art there isnt rules and what one person likes another may not, next time just read it and move on if you dont like it as the next person may have a different opinion.
