People say true love is hard to find
Hard to find someone that’s one of a kind
To find someone who’s honest and true
Now tell me baby, how did I find you
You came to me when I needed you the most
When I existed to no one…I was a ghost
Alone in this world without someone to call mine
All I encounter are people who are unkind
But here you are in front of me
Now there’s no reason to feel lonely
We talk about our dreams, the things we want to do
And I find myself really falling in love with you
I’m scared of what I’m feeling
Scared of how much I’m revealing
With you my true colors shine through
And I’m praying that you feel the same way too
When I think of you I can’t eat, can’t sleep
I think it’s time I admit defeat
For so long I put up this wall
Afraid to find someone and fall
Fall head over heals and become attached
But I see now your my one true match
Damn, I can’t even express in words how I feel
It’s like this is a dream and so unreal
I could go on for days talking about this
How I dream about your kiss
But I hope this isn’t a game
And that some day we share the same last name
So I’ll give you my whole heart
And trust you won’t tear it apart
There’s just one more thing to say
I love you, and I hope you feel the same way!
