Guardian Angel

Sitting here in despair
dreaming I’m in your arms
four years I spent
breaking you down
just for you to be
built back up…
fifty times stronger…
…Why?
What did I do?

I supported you
helped you…
defended you…
what more could I have done
to keep you where you were?

You still built them up…

What you don’t realize…
in te end,
even the strongest fall
the stronger you are…
the harder you fall
it’s how life is
whether you can face it or not
you can’t support those big walls
forever…
When you fall…
I will catch you

Because I am your guardian angel
