Heart Shaped Box

Published by at 9:17 am under Heartbreak Poems

There is a glorious sensation,
Bubbling deep within my chest,
Its bright red
And sent me spinning as the whole world froze.
I veiw your life
Within this heart shaped box.
The sounds to loud
I scream,
Begging it to stop
My eardrums bleed with anticipation.
A vibrating rage that lifts me from my feet.
My eyes close heavy as lead
Forcing the images to bounce around inside my head.
Neglect
Neglected,
Alone.
The walls are crumbling
But nobody is home.
Your with her,
And I am a ghost.
A shell of a human
But hollow inside.
