Heavenly Symphony

Published by at 5:23 am under Short & Sweet Love Poems

Be it Gods will
that we should only speak
across these sea,
you still convey within kind words
an endless love

Our devoted thoughts
have bridged a mighty ocean,
touching my spirit
with eternal beauty
as you bury your treasures
deep within my soul
– its intensity strikes me
like a multitude of violins
performing a thousand symphonies
to which I should stand
and applaud
your pure sweet song
as a delicate voice
replenishes my heart

If only to venture
across our bridge of hope
to tenderly embrace,
kiss pure soft lips
and be awakened by
spring’s golden sun
– opening my eyes
to see you there
in sweet slumber

I gladly grant
my soul to thee
my lady in chorus

I love you…..
