I will let you be

letting go of someone
you love so dearly is not easy
telling them to get out of your life
is a heartache thing to do
the pain, heartache, and the depression
of walking out of someone’s life
 

but this is reality
sooner or later
you will have to go through it
no matter how hard you try
it will come to you
the feeling of someone
caring for you
and loving you
holding them so tight at night
never wanting to let go
the warm embrace
of someone loving you
knowing that there always there for you
when you need them the most
 

the heartache
of seeing someone
you care so much about
hugging loving
someone else
the heartache
of looking in the only pair of eyes
you ever dreamed of
and not seeing there heart
loving you back
only seeing the mere image
of someone trying to let go
but yet holding them closer
the time bomb of not knowing
when you will love me back
the erg of seeing you again
your smile
your warm embrace
you laughter
these are some of the things i crave so much
when i look into your eyes
i see the world
and i wish you see what i see
 

i wish i was there to hug you
i wish i was the one you can run to
i wish i was the one to kiss you
i wish i was the one to wipe away your tears when you cry
i wish you loved me back
we were the closest of friends
and now we are two universes apart
i wish you were next to me
hugging me and never wanting to let go
the facts are in
and i will let you be with him
the person you cant let go of
the person you love and care so much about
i rather see you happy then crying
 

now i am learning
on how to let go
its not easy
when i still love you
but i will let you be
