I tried to understand it n did it your way,
Just friends for now
I tried to block out the pain in my heart
Just friends for now
I feel lost, so chained up,
I reach out but in vain,
Just friends for now
I miss you n yearn for you,
I cry n cry till I have no more tears but you stood firm,just friends for now
I can’t breathe , I can’t think, I can’t feel..a big part of me has died when you no longer want my hand in yours n my lips on yours.. And all you want is just friends for now.
My days go on, I breathe n I think but I feel no more,
I don’t know how to let go of love n be just friends for now.
