MY Storm
My Storm
You walked in my storm just as I thought there was no one left.
You held me up when my own legs could no longer take the pressure.
You opened your heart when mine was close to being stone.
You helped me through the rain when I thought I might drown.
You cared for me when you didn’t have to,
You smiled when you knew I needed it,
And you opened my eyes to what happiness can be, when I was blinded by pain.
You walked into my storm and cleared the sky.
This poem resonates with me.
