i will never love you
never again
were the last words to me you said
Ive been trapped in your heart
and lost in your soul
locked inside of love that ill never know
i wandered through your veins
becoming lost
searching for the kindness that never was
i will never love you
never again
i followed your voice there and then
i traveled through your empty heart
dim light here, some parts dark
in one place there is nothing to see
only to feel
i then realized i would never heal
lost, afraid, and lonely now
i find that there’s no way out
i feel to knees
my tears feel to the floor
these tears i would cry forever more
i can hear the echo of a whisper
the sounds of screaming
a waterfall bleeding
my broken heartbeat
was matched with yours
i felt myself tearing at the core
when will the hurt leave me alone?
i wanted to die there and then
she will never love me
never again…
