Our smokey silence
I want you to break all my bones,
And cut into my chest and remove my heart,
Then spit in the hole you left
Beause I believe it will hurt less.
I want to scream,
Until my throat bleeds
And I have no voice or words left
Because maybe then you would hear me.
I want to smash my face,
Into thousands of peices
And recreate it differently
Because maybe then you will call me beautiful.
I want to remove all my clothes,
And let you do what you want,
Until you tear me in two,
Because that could be what it takes for you to love me.
I want to destroy all your vessels,
And burn all your drugs,
While I force you to open your eyes
Because thats what it will take for you to see me.
Oh my god, this is so raw and intense. I could literally picture everything going on. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G
thats huge comng from you! thanks heaps. your poetry is beautiful!!
The title, first of all, is… really odd. Yet somehow it works, which is strange to me for some reason.
Well, anyhoo, this is brilliant. Brought back some horrible memories, though.
After reading this I had to force myself to begin breathing again. This is wonderful, and so painful…but I mean that in a good way…
the title was fitting in a personal way. kinda insid our relationships. most of the problems circulate around the smoke and the silence. glad ya’l lked it
i love it forget and forgive
