Replenishing my Soul
i’m here dreaming as time passes me by
remembering each night i’ve spent alive
catching the wind upon my face
sending chills up and down my spine
keeping still and hoping to remain in the moment
the moment remaining so true
reaching into my heart
and replenishing my soul
leaving not a trace of you behind
thoughts leaving my body as i see the music pass by
traveling to the stars and beyond
here i am dreaming of the next life
taking crushing blows to my heart
and rendering it to the stars
the sun shining upon my face keeping me alive
my heart yearning for more
its left unsatisfied
draining each drop from my soul
leaving only one thing left to feed my apetite
reaching out to the stars
feeling the beat return to my soul
giving me enough time
enough time to carry on one last task
so here i am dreaming another day
where i return for more
to be fulfilled and satisfied
our hearts coming together as one
and here i am leading on
going on
onto another day
another day
