So Close To
Good Bye

I don’t know how to tell you,
I don’t know what to do,
I want to say that I Love You,
But our Love is fading too.

Your always gone with friends,
Leaving me alone to cry,
I’ve been telling you about this,
But all you do is sigh.

I wish it was like it use to be,
You always wanting to hold me,
I know that it is just a wish,
And that it will never be.

Now I hope you finally realize,
What it almost came down too,
I didn’t want to do it,
But I was close to saying…Good Bye.

    yeah i know how you feel it hurts dont it kinda reminds me how me and my boyfriend are he always has time to hang with his friends and party but he can never hangout with me i want to tell him its over but i jsut cant i love him to much!

    I know exactly how you feel, my bf can be the same way sometimes, my friends always tell me to \’get rid of him\’, and to \’dump him, cuz he\’s such an ass…\’, but noone knows how he really is, and if they knew why I loved him, they would understand… he\’s my everything, and I don\’t want to lose him.. I DEFFINETLY know where you are coming from!!!

    Wow, I understand that pain hurts, but don\’t you ever think that, that your guy was thinknig the same too, I\’ve been in this situation and it hurts to know that love fades. But in time people even you and me will find someone better. In other words never give up! 🙂

    That is exactly what happened to me, except I did say goodbye and then I regretted it and I miss him so much… Turns out he really didn\’t want to be with me either and I never admitted to anyone that it ripped me apart inside. Now I just live everyday pretending that not one piece of me is holding on to him. Except a good friend of mine, she knows. But she\’s moving soon… Beautiful poem as well! It made me cry a little…

    when you love someone and they break your heart dont give up on love have faith restart

    its hard yer but trying to forget the person you love is like trying to hide a sandwich in your sock they will alwaiz have a peice of your heart and its not goign to change no matter how many people you date to try and get rid of them from your hart then eventually a great guy will come along and save your life so have faith and hold on just a lil longer 🙂 😉 :grin :roll

    wow this is true….but in my case me heart was broken a lot of times..even after i forgive him a million times…he really never understood why i did the things i did for him…and i know that 1 day he will go through the same thing and understand..all the pain i had and still do when he broke my heart….. :sigh……am so disappionted in him….never expected that from someone who said they love me…..i know that none of that was ever true… :sigh :sigh

    my now ex used to cancel on me all the time
    he would make me cancel plans i had made with friends then at the last minute cancel on me to go hang out with friends

    i told him how i felt and he said i was over re acting

    but today i finally stood up for myself and broke up with him.

    i really respect this poem. i personally take it as giving the guy another chance. you love him and you are hurt because of the neglect and having to dealk with the memories of you too ACTUALLY happy together. all you want is that back and i get it. i want the same thing back. i gave him so many chances…i finally realized it would never happen. i had to except the pain. except the heart break. i hope things are going better for you.
