Throw me a lifeline

Published by at 12:59 am under Break Up Poems

Forgive me please, I made a mistake.
I love you, I promise. I’m not just a lying snake.

Please throw me a lifeline I’m drowning in this sea of problems. This ocean full of emotions. This river of hate where I’m dying without you can’t be my fate.

I’m drowning and your making the waves too big for me to swim, please girl, just throw me a lifeline. Save me now and I swear I’ll never again sin.

I can barely stay above the surface with your non-responding texts and your unanswered calls.
Please throw me a lifeline before I fall.

I know we’ve had our share of troubles, big and small.

I swear I can change but you have give me time to stand up tall. Throw me a lifeline now, or lose me forever, I’ve always loved you and never never.

If you never want to see me again that would be fine, but I can still love you if you throw me a lifeline.
