Will you still love me…..

Published by at 11:08 am under I Love You Poems

Will you still love me when I’m 63?
With creaky, old bones and one bad knee.
When my hair is all gone, with failing sight,
Will we still make love on warm summer’s nights.

Will you still love me when I’m 79?
When my hearing is gone and I’m loosing my mind.
When the great grandkids laugh at all my jokes,
Will you remember the love, about which I wrote?

Will you still love me when I’m 84?
Will the romance we share, be here no more?
Will we watch old movies, with all their charm,
Will you rock me to sleep, cradled in your arms?

Will you still love me when I’m 93?
Will there still be passion and desire for me?
Will “stolen moments” take us all night?
Will your eyes still sparkle, so blue and so bright?

Will you still love me at 105?
Will we slow dance at weddings, if I’m still alive.
Will we spend our last days, holding each others hands?
Even though I am old, will I still be your man?

Mark.
