Poor Little Emo Girl

Published by at 6:02 am under emo Poems

Can you see it in her eyes? all the tears of pain she cries.

on the outside she is tough. on the inside… not so much.

she slits her wrists thinking this is it,my life will now be great. when dark clouds from above pour gray painful rain on her face.

it is now that this little emo girl is not held by god’s grade so she thinks right now.. tho she longs to be normal she just can’t put the razor blade down.

so no matter how much she acts like nothings wrong. she really wishes her life was gone.

nothing ever goes completely right she has to pull through til her end is in sight.

life is held strong for this poor little emo girl. she struggles and struggles through all the hell in the world…. but eventually she makes it…

Emo is a style of rock music typically czrcaaterihed by melodic musicianship and expressive, often confessional lyrics. It originated in the mid-1980s hardcore punk movement of Washington, D.C., where it was known as emotional hardcore or emocore and pioneered by bands such as Rites of Spring and Embrace. As the style was echoed by contemporary American punk rock bands, its sound and meaning shifted and changed, blending with pop punk and indie rock and encapsulated in the early 1990s by groups such as Jawbreaker and Sunny Day Real Estate. By the mid 1990s numerous emo acts emerged from the Midwestern and Central United States, and several independent record labels began to specialize in the style.

🙂 thanks bellix. and Ali. i use the term emo as an abbreviation for emotion. it also means distraught. i would simply like ideas and comments on my peoms. not a lesson that i wont pay any attention to. i am simply 16. let my mind roam.
